IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.98 - 6 3 (2 3 41) <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMIT <br />(FY 1998-99) <br />Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the Appropriations <br />Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered <br />the data contained in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article XII B of <br />the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal <br />Year 1998-99 at $71,850,677, as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A. <br />Introduced by Council Member Pol vorosa and passed and adopted this <br />15th day of June, 1998, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Lothrop, Polvorosa, Young; <br />Mayor Corbett ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Council Member Loeffler ( 1 ) <br />Attest: <br />Ga le Pet en, City Clerk <br />F:\BudAdop\1998-99\\ApproLmtdoc <br />
