Long notes one accident in 1973 and 1974 <br />involving a vehicle entering Washington from apartments, and notes construction of <br />Moritz -Harold connection will result in a safer travel route for tenants. <br />■ Feb. 3, 1977 CSL Traffic Report notes "decided not to close driveway because it provides <br />some measure of safety" and that benefits of leaving the driveway in place outweigh <br />those to be realized by closing the driveway.
