The CONTRACTOR shall develop Generation 1.5 software as described in the attached memo <br />for Mr. Gary Kruger (TJKM) to Mr. Steve Fitzsimons (CCS) dated November 5, 1996 <br />Schedule for Completion: <br />a) CCS will deliver computers within two working days after delivery letter has been <br />received from computer vendor. <br />b) TJKM will develop the Generation 1.5 software and provide supporting documentation <br />thirty (30) weeks after Amendment is approved. <br />Deliverables: Five workstations and one communication hub. <br />Generation 1.5 software. <br />Construction Inspection Services <br />The CONTRACTOR shall provide construction inspection services for the East 14th and <br />Mission signal interconnect project as outlined below. <br />• Inspect contractor's work to ensure compliance with the project plans and specifications. <br />• Perform quantity calculations, recommend contract change orders if required, prepared <br />daily reports, extra work reports, records, meeting minutes, and provide weekly reports to <br />the City project manager. <br />• Coordinate equipment and/or materials testing and evaluate results. <br />• Process shop drawing submittals. <br />• Analyze contractor's construction schedules and assist with maintaining schedules. <br />• Identify actual and potential problems associated with the construction project and assist in <br />the enforcement of applicable regulations for the protection of the public and project <br />personnel. <br />• Maintain awareness of safety and health on the construction project and assist in the <br />enforcement of applicable regulations for the protection of the public and project personnel. <br />• Assist in the preparation of As-builts. <br />• Provide instruments, tools, and safety equipment required to perform the work of Vali <br />Cooper and Associates, Inc. personnel. <br />• Monitor contractor's labor compliance/DBE records. <br />Amendment to Agreement Page 2 of 4 <br />
