L11G tu-tdl LUJI Ul the proposal is $59,820; if it becomes difficult for TJKM to work with Caltrans-Cr Net, Econolite or IDC-Traconex, it will be necessary to use the $5,760 contingency described in this proposal. In the event that the signal system vendors do not cooperate, TJKM will fall back on other means for completing a working TIS program through interpreting signal system software printer output and writing to disk files. It is our belief that TIS can be developed regardless. We are assuming that this project will be funded and approved to proceed by the end of November, 1996.
