Claim Administrator may exercise an annual CPI increase based on the San <br />Francisco/Oakland/San Jose area July calculation. <br />5. However, rates will remain for the first two (2) years of this contract. <br />City shall make no payment for any extra, further or additional service pursuant to this <br />Agreement unless such extra service and the price is agreed to in writing executed by the City <br />Manager or other designated official of City authorized to obligate City thereto prior to the time <br />such extra service is rendered. <br />The services to be provided under this Agreement may be terminated without cause at any point <br />in time at the sole and exclusive discretion of City, given sixty (60) days written notice. In this <br />event, City shall compensate the outstanding costs incurred for work satisfactorily completed as <br />of the date of written notice thereof.
