IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 -143 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING, 24-MINUTE PARKING, <br />(9:00 A.M. TO 9:00 P.M.) - TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE (WILLIAMS STREET) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, <br />the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. There shall be no parking for longer than 24 minutes between the <br />hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. , on the following streets or portions of streets: <br />WILLIAMS STREET, north side, beginning at a point 110 feet west of the west curbline <br />of E. 14th Street and extending 24' westerly. <br />Section 2: The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 9, §905 of the <br />San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this 3rd <br />day of November, 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa <br />Mayor Corbett (6) <br />Noes: None (0 ) <br />Absent: Council Member Young (1) <br />Attest: <br />.
