IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.97 - 144 (1022 ) <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING (FREIGHT LOADING <br />ZONES) - TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(McCORMICK STREET) <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, <br />the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1. The following streets or portions of streets are designated as, and <br />restricted to, freight loading zones: <br />McCORMICK STREET, west side, beginning at a point 535 feet north of Edison Avenue <br />and extending 42 feet northerly. <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 9, §915 of the <br />San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this 3rd <br />day of November 1997, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Loeffler, Lothrop, Polvorosa; <br />Mayor Corbett (6) <br />Noes: None (0 ) <br />Absent: Council Member Young (1) <br />Attest: <br />AYL PETERSEN, City Clerk <br />
