2.14.3.2 Areas shall be watered, mowed, weeded, cleaned of <br />litter and other debris on a regular basis (a minimum <br />of once a week). <br />2.14.3.3 Special attention shall be given to periphery areas <br />adjacent to public roadways since these areas are <br />highly visible to the general public and constitute a <br />first impression of the overall quality and service level <br />of the courses. <br />2.14.3.4 All areas are to be inspected for and repaired of any <br />erosion problems on a regular basis and immediately <br />corrected if needed. <br />2.15 PARKING LOTS <br />2.15.1 Parking lots are to be cleaned each day to ensure a <br />clean appearance free from litter and debris <br />including, but not limited to all landscaped planters <br />on or adjacent to the lots. <br />2.15.2 Paint striping, seal coating and other maintenance <br />shall be performed a minimum of every other year, to <br />ensure that paint and surfaces are cleaned and <br />smooth at all times. Potholes, when discovered, shall <br />be repaired immediately. <br />2.15.3 Handicap Parking signage and paint shall be <br />maintained in accordance with all State, County, City, <br />and Federal regulations. <br />29 <br />
