2.16 GRAFFITI <br />2.16.1 The Golf Facility shall be inspected daily for evidence <br />of graffiti. Special attention shall be given to <br />restrooms, signs, markers, block walls, curbing, <br />paving, trees, utility poles/boxes and/or any other <br />structures or fixtures. <br />2.16.2 All graffiti shall be eradicated within four (4) hours of <br />detection. <br />2.16.3 Graffiti requiring paint -over, shall be painted over with <br />a color consistent with that of the original surface and <br />as approved by the Golf Course Operations Manager. <br />2.16.4 Graffiti on non -painted surfaces shall be removed by <br />sand or water blasting. <br />2.17 COURSE ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT: All accessory equipment <br />must be maintained in a clean, safe, functioning condition at all times and <br />repainted as required to present an aesthetically pleasing appearance. <br />Accessory equipment shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />NOTE: Colors to be approved by the Golf Course Operations Manager. <br />Drinking Fountains <br />Signage <br />Yardage Marker <br />Ball Washers <br />Flags and Poles <br />Cups <br />30 <br />
