Manager. <br />2.7.1.2 Considerations must be given to soil texture, <br />structure, porosity, water holding capacity, drainage, <br />compaction, precipitation rate, run off, infiltration <br />rate, percolation rate, evapotranspiration, seasonal <br />temperatures, prevailing wind condition, time of day <br />or night, type of grass plant and root structure. This <br />may include syringing during the day and watering <br />during periods of windy weather. <br />2.7.1.3 In areas where wind creates problems of spraying <br />onto private property or road right of ways, the <br />controllers shall be set to operate during the period <br />of lowest wind velocity which would normally occur <br />at night. <br />2.7.1.4 Operator shall be responsible for daily monitoring all <br />systems within premises and correcting for: coverage, <br />adjustment and clogging of lines and sprinkler heads. <br />All sprinkler heads are to be monitored for proper <br />rotation speed, leakage, excessive nozzle wear, <br />proper spray pattern, and arc adjustment and all <br />other operational functions. If defects are found, <br />they are to be corrected immediately utilizing ONLY <br />manufacturer's approved repair parts. <br />13 <br />
