2.7.1.5 All controllers shall be inspected on a daily basis for <br />proper operation and function. If operational defects <br />are found within the controller, repairs are to be <br />made immediately utilizing ONLY manufacturer <br />approved repair parts. <br />2.7.1.6 A soil probe or tensiometer shall be used to <br />determine the soil moisture content on greens, tees <br />and fairways. <br />J <br />2.7.1.7 Operator shall observe and note deficiencies <br />occurring from the original design of facilities and <br />review these findings with the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager so necessary improvements can <br />be considered. <br />2.7.1.8 All leaking or defective valves and sprinkler heads <br />shall be repaired within twenty-four (24) hours. <br />2.7.1.9 If, due to elements beyond the control of the <br />Operator, conditions dictate priority uses of water, <br />the following priorities are to be used: 1. Greens; 2. <br />Tees; 3. Fairways; 4.
