mowed during the same operation as that of Aprons <br />and Collars with clippings removed in a similar <br />manner as that outlined for Aprons and Collars in <br />Section 2.12.2.1. <br />2.12.3 Tee Maintenance: Maintain all tees in accordance with accepted <br />payability and industry standards as determined by the Golf <br />Course Operations Manager at all times, observe the following <br />minimum requirements: <br />2.12.3.1 Tees must be serviced daily and done as early as <br />possible during the business day by the moving and <br />placement of tee markers, benches, ball washers and <br />filling of divots with sand and seed. Tee towels are to <br />be changed at least twice a week. Ball washers are <br />to be kept filled daily to the proper fill level with an <br />appropriate and pleasant smelling agent. <br />2.12.3.2 Mow tees with a properly adjusted reel type mower 2 <br />to 5 times per week at a cutting height of .375 to .625 <br />inches. Clippings are to be removed and disposed <br />of properly -- immediately following mowing. <br />2.12.3.3 Verticut tees at a frequency which corresponds to <br />standards used at other comparable course, unless <br />otherwise pre -approved by the Golf Course <br />Operations Manager. <br />2.12.3.4 Aerify tees at a frequency which corresponds to <br />standards used at other comparable courses, unless <br />23 <br />
