Consolidated Plan Annual Performance Report —FY 2001-2002 City of San Leandro Page 14 i& The City funded accessibility improvements at the following public facilities: wheelchair curb ramps at ten intersections, ADA accessible restroom at Chabot Park, ADA accessible locker rooms at the San Leandro Boys and Girls Club, and wheelchair access ramp at the City Hall rear entrance. The wheelchair curb ramps and ADA accessible Chabot Park restroom were completed. The San Leandro Boys and Girls Club and City Hall rear entrance projects are underway. ♦ The City funded facility improvements for five non-profit agency facilities shown below. The third project listed (Stepping Stones) utilized allocations from FY 1999 and FY 2001. Aaency Proiect Status San Leandro Boys and Girls Club, Games Room Facility improvement, Completed Building Futures With Women and Children Facility improvement, Completed Stepping Stones Facility improvement, Completed Shelter Against Violent Environments (SAVE) Facility improvement, Completed San Leandro Community Counseling Equipment, Completed Geographic Distribution and Location of Expenditures: The first five facilities are located in Census Tracts 4322 and 4325; SAVE is located in Hayward and serves clients from all parts of the county. The "Summary of Accomplishments" Exhibit A outlines the priorities, activities, and accomplishments for FY 2001-2002. Projects that were funded through other sources are listed if they addressed the Consolidated Plan priorities. As required by HUD, the Exhibit B tables summarize the City of San Leandro's FY 2001 statistical accomplishments for housing, public facilities and improvements, public services, and economic development.
