2. the City of San Leandro understands that the TLC Program funding for the project <br />is fixed at $1,684,625, and that any cost increases must be funded by the City of <br />San Leandro from local matching funds, and that the City of San Leandro does <br />not expect any cost increases to be funded through the TLC program; and <br />the West Estudillo/Historic Downtown Improvement Project will be built as <br />described in this resolution and submitted application and, if approved, for the <br />amount shown in the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) <br />Transportation Improvement Program (TP) with obligation occurring within the <br />timeframe established below; and <br />4. the City of San Leandro will comply with MTC's project review process <br />pertaining to project management, design review at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% <br />phases, before and after photos; project delivery; and public events; and <br />5. the program funds will be obligated by September 30, 2004 for TLC capital <br />projects; and <br />6. the City of San Leandro understands that MTC expects the project to be <br />constructed and operational by September 30, 2005. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to MTC. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 16th day of September 2002, by the following called vote: <br />
