ACTIA 2002-26.01 <br />the SPONSOR to recoup direct costs dedicated to PROJECTS, the SPONSOR may submit <br />documentation to ACTIA to substantiate requested changes and ACTIA may agree to other rates <br />and/or dollar limitations to be set forth in the SPECIFIC AGREEMENT. <br />ACTIA PROJECT Support Costs requested by SPONSOR <br />If requested by SPONSOR, ACTIA will provide support staff and/or consultant support to <br />coordinate PROJECTS. Costs for these services will be considered as ACTIA eligible costs and <br />reimbursed to ACTIA from funds for PROJECTS. These services shall be included in the <br />SPECIFIC AGREEMENT. <br />Miscellaneous Costs <br />The costs of fees from other agencies, including permit fees, or reimbursement for review or <br />oversight costs needed for the PROJECTS are eligible costs. However, the cost of permits or <br />fees from the SPONSOR will not be eligible. Utility relocation costs are eligible for <br />reimbursement according to previous agreements establishing rights for those utilities. The costs <br />for specialized equipment for testing, analysis or production of documents for project -related <br />work are also eligible. <br />Page D-4 <br />
