C <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2002- 144 (2908 / 1049 ) <br />RESOLUTION DEDICATING PORTIONS OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY <br />ABUTTING WILLIAMS STREET AS STREET RIGHT OF WAY <br />WHEREAS, the City has acquired certain property, known as Assessor's Parcel Number <br />79A-385-2-2, located on Williams Street for the purpose of constructing a new fire station; and <br />WHEREAS, construction of the fire station requires that a portion of such property, <br />consisting of a ten foot (10') strip adjoining Williams Street, and more particularly described in <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein ("Strip"), be used for widening Williams <br />Street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLVES: <br />That said Strip is hereby dedicated for street right of way purposes. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 21 st day of October 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br />NOES: None 0 ) <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: )2�;� <br />Ja el iaz, terim Ci?�`erk <br />
