EXHIBIT A Legal Description All that real property situate in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A portion of that certain parcel of land described in the GRANT DEED to BUILD (CA) QRS 12- 24, Inc., a California Corporation, recorded January 27, 1997, Series No. 97023907, further described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said BUILD (CA) QRS 12-24, Inc. parcel (Sr. No. 97023907); thence south along the northerly right of way line of Williams Street; South 62°30'00" West, 285.66 feet; to the most easterly corner of a portion of land conveyed to the City of San Leandro in that certain Grant Deed from Larry and Janice Barcellos, filed June 1, 1977 in Reel 4886, Image 803, Series Number 77-105274, Alameda County Records, thence from said easterly corner, northwest along the most easterly line of said Grant Deed Series Number 77- 105274; North 2691'00" West, 10.00 feet; thence north east along a line parallel with said northerly right of way line of Williams Street; North 62°30'00" East, 285.49 feet; to a point on northeasterly boundary line of said BUILD (CA) QRS 12-24, Inc. parcel (Sr. No. 97023907); thence South 27°30'00" East, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
