IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2002- 148 (2547) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMMUNITY BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO AND BUILDING FUTURES WITH WOMEN AND CHILDREN RELATED TO <br />FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and BUILDING FUTURES WITH <br />WOMEN AND CHILDREN (FORMERLY KNOWN AS SAN LEANDRO SHELTER FOR <br />WOMEN AND CHILDREN), a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 2 1 " day of October 2002 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young 7 <br />NOES: None 0 <br />ABSENT: None ( 0 <br />Atte <br />Jacquelyn L.
