The design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of, property within the proposed subdivision in that there are no known easements or proposed easements which the subdivision may affect or may affect the subdivision. Recitals There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Tentative Tract Map 7382, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." The City Engineer has certified that said Tentative Tract Map, is technically correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the Tentative Tract Map, Tract 7382 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of the Engineer's Report and the City Council.
