IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 160 (2500/2946) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 003-Ml <br />TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS — AGREEMENT PROVIDES <br />LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE STATE TRANSPORTATION <br />PROGRAM/ CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY (STP/CMAQ) STREET <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 01-230-38-131, <br />FEDERAL -AID PROJECT NO. STPL-5041 (020) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 003-M 1 to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federal Aid Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California. <br />M1. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. 003- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 003-M1 is hereby approved and the City Manager or <br />his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br />the City. <br />Introduced by council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 18th day of November 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young 6 <br />NOES: None 0 <br />ABSENT: Council Member Grant ( 1 ) <br />—Awia. 16� <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
