IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 163 (2 918 ) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE <br />SAN LEANDRO BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB LOCKER ROOM IMPROVEMENTS, <br />PROJECT NO. 01-165-43-170 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and CBC Construction Company, dated March <br />18, 2002, San Leandro Boys and Girls Club Locker Room Improvements, Project No. 01-165- <br />43-170, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />Introduced by Council Member Grant and passed and adopted <br />this 9th day of December 2002, by the following called vote: <br />
