Schedule <br />Complete all tasks in Schematic Design Phase within ten weeks of receiving both the Notice to Proceed <br />and Topographic survey data. The ten -week schedule will be extended by the City of San Leandro as <br />needed to allow for internal review time needed by City staff. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Photo -boards illustrating existing conditions for use at meetings and for "in-house" use. <br />2. Color rendered concept plan view, elevations, elevations and appropriate sketches of the <br />intersection improvements in hardcopy format. <br />3. Material boards for pavement, site furnishings, signage colors and landscaping, consisting of <br />catalog cuts, photos and/or actual samples indicating finish and color. <br />4. Concept plan view, elevations and appropriate sketches of the street improvements, <br />indicating curbs, crosswalks, entry feature/sign, paths, site furnishings, lighting, parking <br />layout, landscaping and other site construction items that are part of the proposed <br />improvements. The City will be furnished with one set of plans on vellum hardcopy and <br />AutoCAD latest Release electronic file formats respectively. <br />Preliminary design cost estimate. <br />6. Meeting minutes. <br />7. Final Schematic Design. <br />Services Exclusions: <br />1. Topographic survey <br />2.
