• Provide a detailed construction cost opinion. <br />• Retain the services of a museum consultant for recommendations <br />• Project drawings to be in AutoCAD 14 compatible format and provided to the City of San <br />Leandro on compact disk upon completion of project. <br />• Progress sets will be required for all construction documents; a 90% progress submittal for <br />building department plan check review, and a 100% construction document submittal for project <br />bidding and award that addresses all necessary permit / plan check requirements. <br />Consultant Tasks: <br />• Attend and make presentations at public meetings as needed. <br />Review the existing structure and proposed improvements for conformance with the California <br />Building Code, Title 24 ADA accessibility, and all other applicable code requirements. <br />Retain the services of design consultants as necessary to provide a complete and accurate set of <br />construction documents. <br />City Tasks: <br />• Attend and arrange for necessary site visits <br />• Complete and submit permit application forms <br />• Provide facility data and other information as available <br />Contractual Services Agreement Page 4 of 16 <br />320/324 West Estudillo Building Renovation <br />
