IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -170 (2575 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING ACCOUNTING REPORT FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI) AND FOR PARK <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES <br />(F.Y.2001-2002) <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />(AB 1600) on development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees <br />pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered the <br />data contained in the Accounting Reports, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City Council <br />does hereby approve and confirm the accounting records covering the collection of all development <br />fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other <br />income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 as more specifically set forth in the Accounting <br />Reports. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this <br />16th day of December, 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Nardine, Santos; <br />Mayor Young <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />( 6 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />( 0 ) <br />GABUDGEMI'SIR.doc <br />
