<br />• Utility user tax projections were budgeted to decline slightly, by $105k or 1.1%, to reflect PG&E's
<br />scheduled electricity rate reductions. However, the wide fluctuations in year-to-year natural gas
<br />rates (up to 55%) will result in greater UUT revenue to the City. Year-to-date receipts reflect a 1.4%
<br />increase over the prior fiscal year. This revenue will continue to be monitored.
