SAN LEANDRO ADM1N1s 1 xATIVE CODE TITLE 26 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Chapter 1 Bylaws ARTICLE 1—THE AGENCY 426.1.100: NAME OF AGENCY. The name of the Agency shall be the "Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro," and shall hereinafter be referred to as the Agency. 426.1.105: SEAL OF AGENCY. The seal of the Agency shall be in the form of a circle and shall bear the name of the Agency and the year of its organization. §26.1.110: OFFICE OF AGENCY. The office of the Agency shall be at the City. Hall, 835 East 14 Street, in the City of San Leandro, California. ARTICLE 2—OFFICERS 426.1.200: OFFICERS. The officers shall be selected in accordance with law for their respective offices. The officers of the Agency shall be the Mayor who shall be known as the Chairman, the Vice Mayor who shall be known as the Vice Chairman and the City Manager who shall be known as the Executive Director. 426.1.205: CHAIRA4AN. Except as otherwise authorized by resolution of the Agency, the Chairman shall sign all contracts, deeds, and other instruments made by the Agency. At each meeting the Chairman shall submit recommendations and information as he M considered proper concerning the business, affairs, and policies of the Agency, and perform such other duties as may devolve upen him by the nature of this office. §26.1.210: VICE CHAIRA4A N. The Vice Chairman shall perform the duties of the Chairman in the absence of incapacity of the Chairman; and in the case of the resignation or death of the Chairman, the Vice Chairman shall perform such duties as are imposed on the Chairman until such time as a new Chairman shall be selected. §26.1.245-.211: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
