SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 26 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Chapter 1 Bylaws <br />426.1.215: SECRETARY. The Secretary shall keep the records of the Agency, shall record <br />all votes shall keep a record of the proceedings of the Agency in a iournal of proceedings to be <br />kept for such purpose, shall attest to o[Licial acts, and shall perform all duties prescribed in the <br />Community Development Law and incident to this o ace. <br />§26.1.220: ADDITIONAL DUTIES. The Officers of the Agency shall perform such other <br />duties and functions as may from time to time be required by the Agency or the bylaws or rules <br />and regulations of the Agency. <br />ARTICLE 3—MEETINGS <br />§26.1.300: REGULAR MEETING. In the event a day of regular meeting shall be a legal holiday, said meeting <br />shall be held on the next s•,eeeeding see laf business day. <br />426.1.305: SPECIAL MEETINGS. The Chairman of the Agency may, when '^- deems -it <br />deemed expedient, and shall, upon the written request of two members of the Agency, call a <br />special meeting of the Agency for the purpose of transacting any business designated in the call. <br />The call for a special meeting must be delivered personally,_ of by mail, or by facsimile at least <br />twenty-four (24) hours before the time of such meeting as specified in the call to each member of <br />the Azency, to the Executive Director, and to each local newspaper of general circulation, radio <br />or television station reguestinz notice in writing. Such written call may be dispensed with as to <br />any member who at or prior to the time the meeting convenes files with the secretary a written <br />waiver of such call. At such special meeting no business shall be considered other than as <br />designated in the call. <br />826.1.306: MEETING PLACE. All meetings of the Agency shall be held in the Civic Center <br />or on public property within the City. <br />§26.1.310: QUORUM.
