SAN LEANDRO ADMINim'KATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 26 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Chapter 1 Bylaws <br />§26.1.320: MANNER OF VOTING. The voting on formal resolutions, matters to any <br />federal, state, county, or city agency, and on such other matters as may be requested by a <br />majority of the Agency members shall be bill- al and the ayes an ,a ":he�. <br />^n�n�e�. <br />present and not voting sha4l be entered upen the minutes of sueh meetin <br />conducted by taking the <br />ayes and nays by an open vote which shall be entered in the minutes of the meeting. The ayes <br />and nays shall be taken and recorded on all motions. Abstentions shall also be recorded. <br />$26.1.321: MAJORITY VOTE. All Agency actions shall require the affirmative votes of <br />maiority of the members of the Agency. <br />§26.1.325: ROBERT'S RULES.
