In imvlementing CEOA and <br />the Guidelines for Implementation of CEOA when assessing the potential environmental impacts of <br />a proposed project, the Parking Authority will utilize the most current amended version of the Act <br />and Guidelines. For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental <br />documentation: i.e., Categorical Exemption, Mitigated Negative Declaration/Ne ag tive <br />Declaration, or Environmental Impact Report, the Authority shall follow the procedures for <br />Drevaration ofsaid documents, including vrevaration ofaDDroDriate notices. as vrovided for in the <br />Guidelines. <br />L27.2.105: FORMS.
