<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and RRM Design <br />for Memorial Park Improvements Exhibit A – Page 10 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />1. Park footprint will not change, work will not impact the adjacent creek. <br />2. Utility boxes can be adjusted to grade without relocating underground services. <br />3. No outside permits are required. <br />4. Existing utility service is adequate for the renovated park. <br />5. An encroachment permit will not be required for this work. <br />6. Geotechnical work will occur on site and will not impact street parking or travel lanes. <br />7. Field investigations occur between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on a weekday. <br /> <br />City Responsibilities: <br />1. Provide description of types and locations of hazardous material and specifications for <br />removal of same. <br />2. Provide clear consolidated comments at each review <br />3. Provide topographic data including easement data <br />4. Provide drawing for existing improvements including on site utilities <br />5. Pay for building permits <br />6. Prepare front end specifications <br />7. Provide site access <br />8. Provide DIR number for Geotech work <br /> <br />Exclusions: <br />1. Environmental (CEQA) processing, IS/MND, or EIR document <br />2. State and Federal Agency processing and permits <br />3. Permit fees and applications <br />4. New utility service or existing service upgrade applications <br />5. Bid support <br />6. Construction administration, design services through construction <br />7. Technical studies other than those listed in this proposal <br />8. Arborist report <br />9. Traffic studies and control plans <br />10. Traffic signal design <br />11. Potholing to verify utilities <br />12. Repair of ruts/damage caused by soil boring rig <br />13. Removal of USA marks <br />14. Hazmat investigation and testing <br />15. Analysis of and design of the existing off-site storm drainage facilities and conditions <br />16. SWPPP construction monitoring, QSP services, or SWPPP updates during construction <br />17. Analysis of off-site sewer, water, and storm drain utility capacities <br />18. Building other than those listed above <br />19. Traffic control <br />20. CLOMR, LOMR <br />21.
