A narrative statement explaining why the proposed use is economically feasible, <br />describing the market assumptions which support your revenue projections. Describe <br />proposal's impact on any or all of the following: jobs for City residents, increased tax <br />revenues, community well-being, and contribution to the City's long-term economic <br />growth. <br />10. Typical floor plan and building elevations. <br />II. SELECTION CRITERIA <br />A committee of City staff will review complete submittals based on the following criteria (in no <br />order): <br />A. Demonstrated ability to develop similar projects; <br />B. Price offered; <br />C. Economic and community benefits of proposed project; <br />D. Compatibility with existing City policies and codes. <br />Agency staff may request interviews with the most qualified individuals and/or firms to discuss <br />development proposals in more depth. <br />III. SCHEDULE <br />The following information is supplied as a guideline rather than as a set of absolute deadlines. The <br />Agency reserves the right to alter the schedule as necessary. In particular, the Agency reserves the <br />right to extend the submittal deadline.
