BILLINGS <br />CITY MANAGER <br />Regarding the easement for storm drain purposes granted <br />to the City of San Leandro by the Santa Fe Land & Improvement <br />Company across Lots 37, 48, 62, 73 and 85 in Tract 596, I Irish <br />to report as follows: <br />I have investigated the storm sew_r as it exists on the <br />ground and find that it lies t^.holy within the easements above <br />described. 'fherefo.re it is my recoriamendationthat the City Col:Lncil <br />accept the deed of easement offered by the Santa Fe Land & Improvement <br />Company. <br />However, attention is called to the fact that this storm <br />drain does not at present discharge into any existing storm so�'rer. <br />It merely runs through Lot 85 from Bowling Green no-th and discharges <br />into the field north of Tract 596. <br />It is Presurled that when the land north of Tract 596 is <br />subdivided, the storm drain .-rill be continued northerly to 107th <br />Avenue and discharged into the Oakland storm sel.,,er in that street. <br />Respectfully yours, <br />CHAS.
