EASE—MMT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES. <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars (010.00), <br />lawful money of the United States to it paid by the City of <br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of Cali- <br />fornia, the undersigned, SANTA F'E LAND IMPROVMAENT COMPANY, <br />a California corporation, hereby grants unto said CITY OF <br />SAN LEANDRO an easement for storm drain purposes over, upon <br />and across that certain real property situate in the City <br />11 of San Leandro, County of Alameda, estate of California, par - <br />titularly described as follows: <br />The Northeasterly five (5) feet of Lots 37, 48, <br />62, 73 and 85, measured along the Northwesterly <br />and Southeasterly lines of said lots, in Tract <br />No. 596, as per map thereof recorded February <br />18, 1941, in Book 21 of Maps, at page 19, <br />Records of said County. <br />TOG--H'=R WITH the right to enter upon the above de- <br />scribed land for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, main- <br />taining, reconstructing, using and operating the existing <br />storm drain pipe line on said land. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said City of San -eandro so <br />long as said land shall be used for said purpose, and upon <br />the condition that when the said land is no longer so used <br />the rights hereby granted shall revert to the undersigned, <br />its successors or assigns, and said land shall be thereafter <br />held as if this easement had not been given. <br />1. <br />
