800,M02 F.-CE592., <br />RESOLUTION NO. 495 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION <br />OF DEED OF DEDICATION AND GRANT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES ACROSS REAL PROPERTY <br />BELONGING TO THE SAN LEANDRO SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />OF ALAMEDA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. <br />WHER.yAS, the Board of Education of the City of Sari Leandro <br />and of San Leandro School District of Alameda County, State of <br />California, the governing board of said school district, on the <br />6th clay of February, 1951, in regular open meeting, adopted a resol- <br />ution declaring its intention to dedicate to the City of San Leandro, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California, a right-of-way <br />for public street purposes over, upon, through and across certain <br />real property belonging to said school district situated in the <br />City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows, to wit: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the northwestern line of <br />West Avenue 129th, also knowr. as County Road No. 6002, <br />and formerly known as Williams Street, distant thereon <br />south 620 00' west 865.20 feet from the point of <br />intersection thereof with the southwest8ru line of <br />Orchard Avenue; running thence north 28 00' west 689.90 <br />feet to the ACTUAL, POINT OF COKMEENCEMEN'T; thence con- <br />tinuing north 28 00' west 37.36 feet to a point <br />on the southern boundary line of "Tract 659" according <br />to the map thereof, filed April 23, 1943, in Book 8 <br />of Maps, pages 54 and 55, in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County; thence along the said last <br />mentioned line north 730 40' east 94.5C feet to a point <br />on the northeastern line of Wayne Avenue, as said avenue <br />is shown on said map; thence south 270 49, 15" east along <br />the direct production southeasterly of the said north- <br />eastern line of Wayne Avednue 18.25 feet until intersected <br />by a line drown north 62 00' east from the actual point <br />ofocommencement; thence along the line so drawn south <br />62 00' west 92.38 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF COMMENCE- <br />MENT." <br />AND, WHEREAS, this Board directed its Secretary to give notice <br />of the adoption of said resolution and of the time and place of hold- <br />ing a public meeting for a public hearing upon the question of making <br />such dedication; and <br />WHEREAS, said Secretary caused said notice to be published <br />once not less than five (5) days before the date of said meeting, <br />
