to -wit, on the 9th day of February, 1951, in the San Leandro News Observer, a newspaper of general circulation published in said San Leandro School District of Alameda County; and WI-MREAS, Howard Leard, on the 9th day of February, 1951, at the direction of said Secretary, posted a copy of said resolution signed by all of the members of this Board in three (3) public places in said San Leandro School District of Alameda County, said period of posting being for a term of not less than ten (10) days before the date of said meeting; NOW, THEIF ORE, this Board finds that due and legal notice has been given in the premises pursuant to law and the order of this Board; and WHEREAS, this Board met in public meeting at the hour of 8:15 o'clock -P.M. on the 20th day of February, 1951, at the regular place of meeting of said Board at 451 Hepburn Street, San Leandro, California, said time _-il place being the time and place fixed in said resolution heretofore adopted on the 6th day of February, 1951 by this Board declaring its intention to dedicate said right-of-way at which time and place a public hearing was held upon the question of making such dedication upon 6ne terms set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS) no petition protesting against the proposed dedication was filed with said Board at said meeting held at the time and place fixed in said resolution hereinbefore re erred to; NOW, SORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a right-of-way for public street purnoses over, upon, throuZ11 and across said hereinbefore described real property belonging to said school district be and the same is hereby dedicated to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California, without consideration; and BE IT FURTHR RESOLVED that the President and Secretary of this Board be and they are hereb;; authorized and directed to execute 2.
