N. <br />Thompson is the duly appointed and acting General Manager of the Cor- <br />poration, and as such is authorized by the Board of Directors to <br />execute this document. <br />This Quitclaim Deed was requested by Mr. Robert England, Office of <br />the Public 4orks Director, City of San Leandro. We have been advised <br />by him that upon receipt of the Quitclaim Deed, the City of San Leandro <br />will recommend to the City Council at its next meeting that the entire <br />improved portion of West Avenue 137 be 4ccepted. <br />We shall await with interest your confirmation of this acceptance.
