AM100s57 <br />mw8490 mu595 <br />i <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.31408 C,M.S. <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED <br />(Poultry Producers) <br />Whereas, there has been presented to this Council a certain Quit- <br />claim Deed dated September 25, 1951, to a parcel of land more fully de- <br />scribed in the said Quitclaim Deed to the same executed by POULTRY PRO- <br />DUCERS OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, to the City of <br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation, duly acknowledged and delivered to <br />the City of San Leandro. - <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as f o l lows <br />That said Quitclaim Deed and the land therein described be and the <br />same is hereby accepted by the said City of San Leandro, upon the con- <br />ditim subsequent nevertheless that said street be improved by the party <br />making said c� veyance and dedication thereof without cost to the City <br />of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman Prazier <br />and passed and <br />adopted this 7th day of October, 1957, by the following called vote-. <br />Ayes.
