BEGINNING at a point on the northwestern line of the <br />parcel of land described in the decree of distribution recorded June <br />June 24, 1937, in book 3478 of Official Records of Alameda County, at <br />page 380, distant thereon north 41' 301 east 480 feet from the north- <br />eastern line of East Fourteenth Street; running thence south 48' 30, <br />east 152.78 feet; thence southeasterly along a curve to the left of <br />100 foot radius, through an arc of 90' for a distance of 157.08 feet <br />to the southeasterly line of aforementioned property; thence north <br />410 301 east 198.16 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of <br />aforementioned property. <br />On July 17, 1945, the court made its order authorizing <br />plaintiff to have and take immediate possession and use of said above <br />described parcels of land for the purposes above described. <br />On August 27, 1947, interlocutory decree in condemnation <br />was rendered as against defendant, Dorothy Giacometti. Notice of <br />appeal from portions of said judgment by Oro Loma Sanitary District <br />was filed in said action on September 16, 1947. <br />On September 25, 1948, decree was rendered in District <br />Court of Appeal affirming judgment of the Superior Court, Alameda County. <br />Notice of pendency of said action was recorded July 17, <br />1945, in book 4703 O.R., page 449, Alameda County Records. <br />NOTE: 1959-60 General and Special County and City taxes all <br />payable to County Tax Collector: NOT ASSESSED. <br />Page 4 <br />
