r446 IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 70 - 23i-' RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION FOR INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAIN PIPE IN CITY PROPERTY PENDING GRANT OF EASEMENT (Mobilehome Communities of America, Inc.) Recitals Mobilehome Communities of America, Inc., in connection with the development of Spanish Bay Mobilehome Park, has requested that the Citv grant them an easement for a storm drain across F. Stenzel Park. The Acting Public Works Director has reported that the granting of such an easement will not interfere with the use of the Park, nor be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare. The precise legal description for such an easement cannot be determined until the drainpipe has been laid in place. The City Manager has recommended that this Council grant permission for the installation of such pipe pending the determination of the description necessary for the preparation of an ease- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That this Council hereby grants permission to Mobilehome Communities of America, Inc., to install a storm drain pipe, pending a grant of easement therefor, in and across F. Stenzel Park, generally in accordance with the plans therefor as indicated on that certain drawing entitled "PROPOSED SPANISH BAY STORM DRAIN OUTFALL THROUGH STENZEL PARK," dated September 21, 1970, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
