You will notice that the propo d route _- 3 is through the southerly part of the-F. Stenzel Park, and of course, if this route is taken, they will need an easement or license from the City to go t—cngh it. .-- s The only other route to drain the properl is_along the S.P. railroad immediately b west of the Kennedy School. This route would be very difficult because it -now -contains --a lar�e_&as line, a sewer line, and a fence, which would probably have to �renoved for s construction.
