O P T I O N <br />In consideration of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS, <br />AVANSINO, MORTENSEN & CO. <br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, A hereby <br />give to the City of San Leandro, a Municipal Corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as Optionee, the option of <br />buying, for the full price of T6vENTY ONB THOUSAND EIGHT <br />HUNDRED SIXTY TWO and 15/100 ($21,862.15) DOLLARS, the <br />following described real property situated in the City <br />of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />and more particularly described as follows, to wit: <br />Parcel LD-60-255: Real property in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of <br />Parcels 4 and 51 as said parcels are described in the deed. <br />from Wilma G. Peirano, a single woman, to Henry A. Avansino <br />and Peter D. Mortensen and Albert Dettmer, co-partners <br />doing business under the firm name of Avansino, Mortensen <br />& Co., recorded September 4, 1934 in Book 3077, page 348, <br />Official Records of Alameda County, described as follows: <br />YARC6L 1: BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern line <br />of Washington Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, distant <br />along said line south 280 east 340 feet from the south- <br />eastern line of Floresta Boulevard, formerly West Avenue <br />144, as said street and avenue are shown on the Partition <br />Map of the Land of Leonard Stone Estate, filed October 8, <br />1895, in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda County Records; <br />said point of beginning being the southeastern corner of <br />the parcel of land described in the deed from Avansino, <br />Mortensen & Co., a California corporation, to the City of <br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation, recorded September <br />25, 1957 in Book 8478, page 67, Official Records of Alameda <br />County; Thence continuing along the said. southwestern line <br />of Washington Avenue south 280 east 405 feet to the north- <br />western line of the parcel of land described in the deed <br />from Matilde Ferrari, also known as Metild.e Ferrari, a <br />widow, to Albi S. Ferrari and.
