An Easement for a sanitary sewer pipe and incidental purposes, affecting that portion of the premises herein lying within the lines of Pagano Court; as said right of way is described in the deed from Luigi Pagano to Oro Loma Sanitary District, dated June 4, 1953, and recorded July 21, 1953, in Book 7086, Page 3§4, Official Records, described as follows: COY NCING at a point on the Eastern line of County Road No. 725, known as Washington Avenue, distant thereon North 0° 50' West 50.38 feet from the inter- section thereof with the direct extension Westerly of the Northern line of the tract of land shown on the map of "Tract 97411, etc., filed September 26, 1951, in Book 31 of Maps, at page 65, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County; thence leaving said line of Washington Avenue, North 890 09' East 255.61 feet to the actual point of beginnig of the parcel herein described; thence North 00 50' West 6.00 feet; thence North 89° 09' East 59.70 feet; thence North 0° 50'.West 136.E+0 feet; thence North 890 10' East 6.00 feet; thence South 0° 50' East 142.E+0 feet; thence South 890 09' West 65.70 feet to the actual point of beginnig.
