(2) For 30 years or so long as said parcels LD-60-164 <br />and LD-60-165 remain under the ownership or control of the City <br />they shall be dedicated to motor vehicle parking purposes and <br />if the parcels or any part of them remain within the right-of-way <br />lines of dedicated public streets the space within the perimeters <br />of said parcels shall nevertheless be classified for use for <br />parking purposes. <br />(3) The City agrees to proceed with all convenient speed <br />to attempt the acquisition by condemnation of the underlying fee <br />title to any part of said parcels LD-60-164 and LD-60-165 not now <br />owned by it in fee to the end that its ownership shall be free <br />and clear. The acquisition of outstanding titles by condemnation <br />or otherwise shall be accomplished by the City without cost or <br />expense to Grastoke. <br />(4) Nothirgshall prevent the City within its discretion <br />at any time after acquiring the underlying fees from abandoning <br />said parcels or otherwise conveying them to Grastoke subject to <br />utility easements of all kinds; in the event of such abandonment <br />or conveyance Grastoke agrees to accept the ownership of the land <br />as being then subject to taxation but to make no use of said parcels <br />other than for parking purposes without the express permission of <br />the City. No further consideration shall be required by the City <br />from Grastoke upon abandonment or conveyance. <br />(5) The acquisition of parcels LD-60-158, LD-60-159, <br />LD-60-160, LD-60-1671 LD-60-168 and LD-61-113 (as descriptions <br />thereof have been converted) by the City shall be accomplished as <br />MM <br />
