IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 41C.M.D. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(Bayfair—Drain Easement) <br />Whereas, an Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Bay —Fair, <br />a California corporation, dated 'Icvember 2 , 1959, has been <br />presentee to this City Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, <br />01TO] <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of said <br />Agreement: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Agreement be, and the same hereby is approved, and the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of this <br />City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Swift and passed and <br />adopted this 2d day of November, 1959, by the following called vote- <br />A„yes: Councilmen: Cheatham, Frazier, Gill, Kant,, <br />C Swift, Taylor, Maltester (7 ) <br />J Noes Councilmen: None (C ) <br />C Absent: Counci lmen: None (0 ) <br />Jack D.
