I <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3503C. M . S . <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE <br />(Callan Avenue Parking Lot) <br />Whereas, a certain Lease dated January 13, 1958 between the CITY <br />OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, and SAN LEANDRO MERCHANTS ASSOCI- <br />ATION has been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended that this City Council ap- <br />prove said Lease; and <br />Whereas, this City Council is familiar with the contents thereof: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Lease be and the same hereby is approved and the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City <br />of San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman wt and passed and <br />adopted this 33tjlday of d , 1958, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Hel]3ni, ptasier'.
