SANTOS AND G. 0. ROBINSON, doing business under the name "ESTUDILLO CHAPEL", and DOWN TOWN MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION, a corporation, hereinafter designated as Lessees, that the Lease between Lessor and Lessees executed on the 6th day of July, 1954 for certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: Lots 28, 29, 30 and a portion of Lots 26 and 27 in Block 3 as said lots and block are shown on that certain map entitled "MZap of East San Leandro, Alameda County", filed February 20, 1871 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of Record in T•:ap Book 2, Page 24, the said portion of Lots 26 and 27 more particularly described as follows: beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 27; thence north 700 351 east along the southeast line of Callan Avenue 33.34 feet; thence south 190 251 east 122.00 feet; thence south 700 35f west 33.34 feet to the intersection thereof with the southwest line of Lot 27; thence along the last mentioned line north 190 �51 west 122.00 feet to the point of beginning.. be and the same hereby is mutually cancelled this date.
