IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2L32 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE <br />Whereas, a lease with George B. Santos and G. 0. Robinson <br />doing business as "Estudillo Chapel" et. al., a copy of which is hereto <br />annexed, has been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas., the City Council is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution <br />of said agreements <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said lease be and the same is hereby approved, and the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on <br />behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Vlahos and passed <br />and adopted this 6th day of July., 19 54, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen-.
