RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND CONVEYANCE S -57 The City Manager has recommended execution of an Agreement and Conveyance dated October 31, 1960, by and between the City of Oakland, a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Port Com- missioners, as first party, and the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, as second party, whereby the Port is conveying to the City of San Leandro an easement over the lands therein described for the purpose of �<sonstruct'ing and maintaining a water channel for the passage of small boats between San Francisco Bay and a small craft harbor being constructed by the City of San Leandro. Said conveyance being subject to all the conditions therein set forth. The City Coun- cil is familiar with said Agreement and Conveyance. Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows, That said Agreement and Conveyance be and the same hereby is approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of San Leandro.
