RE:3320 IM:620 <br />T - 5940 <br />claims arising out of accidents occurring in or around said airspace <br />or means of access, described in paragraph 7 hereof, with limits of <br />$300,000.00 for injury to any one person, $500,000.00 for any one <br />accident or occurrence and $50,000.00 for property damage; said <br />policy shall name ATC and all of its officers, employees and agents <br />as additional insureds. <br />12. SIGNS <br />No signs or placards of an advertising or promotional nature shall <br />be painted, inscribed or placed on said PREMISES or on any building <br />or structure located on or adjacent to said PREMISES without the prior <br />written consent of CITY, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br />ATC agrees to remove promptly and to the satisfaction of CITY at <br />the cost and expense of ATC any and all unauthorized signs and placards <br />within said PREMISES whether painted, inscribed or placed by ATC or <br />by others. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to prevent ATC from <br />placing directional, identification or regulatory signs within said <br />PREMISES. <br />} <br />13. TAXES <br />ATC agrees to pay lawful taxes, assessments or charges which at any <br />time may be levied by any federal, state, county, city or any tax <br />or assessment levying agency upon any interest in this Lease or <br />1. any possessory right which ATC may have in or to the PREMISES covered <br />hereby or the improvements thereon by reason of its use or occupancy <br />thereof or otherwise. <br />14.
