81:2660 I M :1:32 <br />66.40 feet to a compound curve, concave to the north- <br />west, having a radius of 114.00 feet, and a central <br />angle of 10°28'31"; thence along said curve, south- <br />easterly 20.84 feet to a tangent line parallel with <br />the aforementioned northwestern line of Marina Boule- <br />vard; thence along said parallel line, northeasterly <br />112.09 feet to the northeastern line of the afore- <br />mentioned lot Y; thence along the said northeastern <br />line of lot Y, southeasterly 10.00 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />The above -described parcel of land contains 1,800 <br />square feet, more or less. <br />This conveyance is made upon the condition that the above -des- <br />cribed property shall be used only for street, utility and other public <br />purposes and that upon any breach of this condition, Grantor shall have <br />the right to re-enter said premises.
